Email field no longer automatically populating

Hi,

Just recently when adding a new resource to the Enterprise pool the
email field is not automatically populating.

Previously when clicking the windows account button and selecting the
appropriate account for the new resource the email field would populate
as well as the windows account field.

We can manually enter in the email ok, but would prefer it to be
automatic, to avoid the threat of typo's.

Just wondering what could have happened to break this link and is there
a way to restore it.
I've had a look around and can't find any way of making that connection
again.

I think this is comming from your active directory server. If the AD entry
does not have a e-mail address for the resource it will not be populated.

Thanks for the reply Ray,

We're not actually using Active directory, we're using the Address
book.

When I got to Insert -> New Resource From -> Address Book
the email field populates with (LastName, FirstName). I'm assuming
there is a problem with the mapping between Project and the Address
book - where can I find these settings?

I've seen other posts on the old Server and Project group with similar
problems, but no resolution unfortuantely,
any help would be great,

There are not settings to map they address book to resource fileds, they are
all hardcoded. But I too have never seen this happen.
