email folder

is it possible to share an entire folder over email? how do i do this and
have the changes that a collegue makes sync back to the file i am using. we
do not work at the same time or have a shared drive so shared sessions or
drives is out.

Are you talking about with OneNote? If so, you need to set up a sub-folder
in the Shared Folder section, and direct files to that location. If this is
unrelated to OneNote, I would suggest you post to a more appropriate
newsgroup, by whatever operating systems you're running and/or check in Help
and Support. Make sure to expand your information so people aren't guessing
what you're talking about.

Well, I guess you could zip that folder into a compressed file and e-mail
it to him, have him work on it, then send it back. The catch is that
you'll have to be very careful about the timing of the exchange. If you
make changes after you send him the file and before he sends it back then
those changes will be lost when you bring his copy back in.

You might find it more useful to look into some kind of Internet
filesharing like MSN Spaces which could simplify things a bit.
