I have spent many hours searching forums for an answer to this... lots of
similar posts and frustrations by others , but no answers. Please help.
Using Outlook 2003 and HTML mail format, my Tools > Options > Mail Format >
Fonts are set to 10pt. Arial black. So is my signature (created in Outlook,
not Word). Stationary is set to <none>.
I compose my message and it shows correctly on my screen -- Arial 10pt.
After I send email to others, most people (but not all) receive it with the
font changed to Times New Roman 10pt. And when they reply, it stays as TNR
10pt. when I receive it.
This problem only occured recently (I've been running Outlook 2003 for over
two years now with no problem). The only change I recall is our network IT
folks updated to IE 7 (and then back to 6 due to software conflicts).
Why is my font changing after I send emails and what can I do to correct
this? Thanks.
