email form results

I am building a form to enter orders. Once the order form has been
compleated, I would like to be able to hit a button to send ( email) some of
the fields from that form back to to our client as a confirmation.
Any Ideas?

Create a report that replicates the results that you see
on the form and email the report using the "Send" action.
