I have a word form that is meged with a mailing list, there is a filed called
emailadd and what I want to do is have the user run a macro that will send
the individual forms to differnet email addresses, is there a way to do this?

Thanks

One of the destinations to which you can execute a merge is to email. Does
that not do what you want?

Alternatively, you can use the information in the following to create
individual documents for each addressee:

“Individual Merge Letters†on fellow MVP Graham Mayor’s website at:

http://www.gmayor.com/individual_merge_letters.htm

If you are using Word XP or later, the “Add-in to Merge Letters to Separate
Files†that I have written and that can be downloaded from that site will
allow you to create each letter as a separate file with a filename taken
from a field in the data source with a minimum of fuss.

And, then use the information in the article "Mail Merge to E-mail with
Attachments" at:

http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/MailMerge/MergeWithAttachments.htm

to email each individual document to the addressees.

Was not aware of that But we use notes and word doesn't appear to want to
play with it
