email forwarding

I cannot get my outlook to forward emails to a different email account.

I have tried setting up a 'rule' but this just isnt working.

I do have what looks like a 'hammer' symbol next to the rule in the 'rules
and alerts'. Is this an error message of some sort?

Version of Outlook?
Type of mail account?

The hamer symbol only illustrates a type of action in the rule. Move actions
have a folder symbol.
