Do your prospective senders get any errors when they try to send mail to
you? If so, what exactly do those errors say?

I am a home user. I'm using XP on a laptop. On the desktop unit I can get all
aol mail but not on laptop

The sender only complains that I don't read her emails. [My mother]. Using XP
on a laptop. Desktop unit works great get all of her mail.

Can you use your ISP's webmail interface to check to see if the message made
it to your mailbox?
