Email from discussion web to include subject field

Hi

I'm wondering if someone can point me in the right direction I have a
discussion web and have the email arriving in my email with all the fields
except the subject. This is the code picked up from this link

Under Form Properties, Options, set the subject field to use a field from the form as the subject.

Hi

Thanks for this I have subject by Form Fields under Table of Contents Layout

and I still don't see the subject in the mail
