email from file menu excel/word

Since using Live Mail and SP3 I don't see the "send to" command in the file
drop down menu in my Office 2003 programs.'
MAPI32.dll is in both system and system32 folder.
How can I send email attachements directly from Excel and Word.
I'm using XP.
