email from publisher

I currently use Outlook Express for mail and will eventually change to
Outlook. However, when using pubisher to send a document as an email,
Publisher has changed the directory and is no longer using my Express
contacts. How do I switch this back?
Also can anyone tell me the bennifits of Outlook over express and how to
carry over all the contacts from Express.

Your question could be better answered by posting to the Outlook Express or
