A client is receiving emails from an outside address, and
intermittently the body of the emails from the other person are
showing up as an attachment rather than being displayed in the body of
the email as normal. They are using Outlook 2003.
When the sender copies other people into the same email, the other
users in the company receive the email as normal, but this one user
does not.
As far as I can see, there are no rules, no anti-spam programs running
on her client PC and there doesn't seem to be anything strange on the
mail server (Exchange).
I'm thinking it might be a MIME problem, but the rest of the users
have the same version of Outlook but their PCs don't exhibit the
problem. Anyone have any clues?
