Email from Word

Can anybody explain this?
A user has attempted to email a Word document containing a company logo as a
jpg in a table, using the 'email' button on the standard toolbar.
This works, but the recipient gets the body of the document as an email and
the logo as an attachment.
Also, the second page of the document is attached as header.htm.

I'm unable to recreate the problem. Whenever i, or anybody else tries, the
email turns up correctly with no attachments.

Any ideas anybody?
