email had a button to add their contact info to my contacts list

I received an email that had a button to add their contact info to my contacts list. I would like my emails to have this button. How do i do this? I think i trashed the email, so i dont have an example. Thanks for your help. (e-mail address removed)

without seeing the message, I can only guess the button was linked to a
vcard online and clicking the button downloaded it.
