Email Hyperlinks in access

Hi

I have an hyperlink field within a table that will always contain an email
hyperlink. Is there anyway of setting up the field so i dont need to prefix
the email address with "mailto:". I would be most greatfull for any
assistance on this issue.

Setup the onclick event for the form control or a button event which simply
uses the followhyperlink method and concatenates the necessary prefix.
Something like:

Application.FollowHyperlink "mailto://" & Me. FormControlName
