email I recieve messages, but can not send outside URL

I can recieve all messages, but can not send send outside company URL / The
system works fine in webmail,the system also had worked fine and we have
made no changes , suggestion ?

have you spoken to the administrator? if you are the admin, have you checked
the settings on the server?

I have checked the setting , others in the company not in this location are
not having this issue, I have also reset the router several times in this
location thinking this maybe the problem , it has not changed the problem ?

but did you check the SMTP settings - especially for forwarding - on the
mail server?
