Email I send also sends to my inbox

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: Intel
Email Client: imap

Every time I send an email I always get a copy of it sent to my inbox. This is so annoying as I don't need it both in my inbox and sent folders. Does anybody know how to turn off this option? Thank you.

Sounds like a rule or you are forwarding your account.
