Email in Outlook using Word - Not showing sections

I received an email and when I tried to view it or it print it,
sections were missing. If I hit forward and then print (not really
forwarding it), all sections show up.

Do I have a setting set wrong? Word is my email editor (Microsoft
Office 2003).
