email injection forms problem

Is there any way in FP03 (or a script someplace) that will combat forms from
being sent with random emails and characters inthe email contact us forms?
I was hoping something like the "please type in the letters/numbers shown
below" type of validation.

Hi Kim
Not with frontpage, the type of thing you are asking about is called a
captcha. there are lots on the web about creating these scripts and putting
them into forms. The best way might be to use a form script with the captcha
incorporated
There are captchas for most of the scripting languages (javascript,asp,php)
do asearch on gogle you will find lots

Note that to be effective you need to code your own form handler using
asp, asp.net, php etc. - whatever your host supports.
