I have a question I am hoping someone can help with.
I have a user who works under a Citrix enviroment using outlook 2003.
When the user sends an email the email arrives at it's destination however
the email does not appear in the users sent items , this I found is due to
the fact the email is stuck in their outbox.
If you force a send / recieve the email moves from the outbox in to the
users sent items.
As a temporary work around I have set the users Send / Recieve function to
run every few minutes however I would like to find what is causing the issue
and put in place a proper fix.
Has anyone come across this before and if so what were your experiences?
