I place a button on a form to allow the user to e-mail a report. The code
selects the names of individuals in two specific fields on one of the
subforms. Since the names are pulled from another application, they show up
in the forms as Doe, John & Smith, Jack (for example).
The problem is, when Outlook adds the names into the To: field, they show up
as - To: Doe; John; Simth; Jack
The commas get replaced by semi-colons so Outlook now thinks that there are
four individuals that the e-mail is going out to.
I checked in the Outlook "Advanced E-mail Options" section to see if the
"Allow comma as address seperator" was checked and it is not.
So I am not sure why the commas are being replaced by semi-colons nor am I
sure whether it is something Access is doing or Outlook itself.
Can anyone help me with this?
Thanks!
