Email Issues

Hello,
I have A2k application. I want to know two things about
sending emails from my app:
1) Can I send an email message without having to send an
object (Using the SendObject method?)? I want to be able
to specify the contents of the message body through VBA
code - just like in the SendObject method.
2) Can I create a link in the email message (in the
Message Text) to point to a particular location in my disk?
