Email Just sheet1 in the body of the email

I need to write a code that when activated will activate sheet1 and mail it
to a predtermined email address in the body of the email with the subject
"Appraisal Request" I would like to do this with a hot key such as
Ctrl+Shift+M or through a macro button on the spreadsheet. I am new to VB so
any help would be apprecitated.

You can add a shotcut to any macro you want in the Alt-F8 dialog

that worked great, Thanks. Is there a way to disable or correct the error
message that says the macro is trying to send email on your behalf?
