That worked but it opens an email to send to myself.
I failed to mention the first time this Visio diagram will be used by others
who use Visio viewer. If they click on the email link I've created the email
will be assigned to send to me, correct ? Is there a way I can set up the
mailto function to bring the email client up with the name of the person
clicking on it in the send to: Rather my name being the send to for all who
use it. ?

er, not sure what you mean to tell you the truth Read.
