This discussion indicates you guys may be able to help me with a related
problem so I try this first.
My problem is that I am not able to create a link from earlier emails sent
and into the account.
I this feature is flawed by a lack of intuitive user-dialog box: I miss a
place where I can select the emails (or type in for example @sollid.no) and
where I can specify which account to link it to (In this case www.sollid.no)
I believe ( ? ) that this "intelligence" is embedded in the bcm, but with no
way to know...this is a "black hole".
So: How do I make sure that earlier mails sent out to a person in a company
is properly linked to that Account in bcm? I can only select the folder
under email link and I assume that when I have opened the account in bcm in
a card view (in this case the account to www.sollid.no) selecting the folder
where the email resides will make the email become linked to the account?
Now, this does not work for me so how do you guys link the mails?
Thanks
P.s. Do you also see the error of the missing buttons in the E-mail links? I
can select Cancel all or select all, but the "button frame" is missing
