I have a user running Windows Vista Ultimate and Outlook 2003 in an exchange
environment. Whenever he gets a daily summary email from a list serv group,
he can no longer click on links in that email without it opening another copy
of Outlook 2003. Normally it's supposed to open and actual email message
window but somehow he changed something that makes it open another copy of
Outlook. Does anyone have a suggestion on a fix? I've tried creating a new
outlook profile but I'm guessing it's a setting in Vista that actually
changed.
