email links

i have a e-newsletter which i would love to add some links to it, i do not
want to add a new page or link it to a site in the web, i want the links to
be on the same page. i have been told that i can use the "HTML code
fragment" but that is only useful if you using a web template but once i send
it as an email the links do not work, is the any way i can make this links
work or any other way that i can do this...

The email function sends an html email of only a single page. So any links on
the email must point to either a "bookmark" on the page (email) or to a
absolute URL online. To use bookmarking in Publisher you have to create your
