Email macro that changes the file name

I have several templetes that we use. I have a simple email macro that works
very well. What I do want to do is have the document name in the emailed
version to be changed to whatever is entered in the field "Text1". The macro
I use now is

Options.SendMailAttach = True
ActiveDocument.SendMail

What do I need to add.
