I work for an organisation where Email Management is a huge issue.
I.e. All received emails are being kept from meeting acceptance receipts to
lunch requests
Can anyone recommend a good resource for "Email Management guidelines" for
Outlook 2003?
I plan to do a seminar about Email Management - and I want as many tips,
tricks and ideas as possible to include.
