Email Marketing Services

I wanted to get opinions from users of an email marketing service with BCM.
Is there a service that works good with BCM? I wanted to use Microsofts
email marketing service but it doesn't seem to be up and running, so now I'm
looking at possibly using Constant Contact or Vertical Response.

Any advice or opinions from your personal expereince would be helpful.
