Email merge all greyed out

I have read the other posts, and I am still having the same issues.
I changed my preferences with entourage to make sure it is the default
email and when I go to do the mail merge it is still all greyed out.
Not
sure what else to do to fix the problem. Any ideas?

Have you reviewed the Word Help topic: Create a form letter by using the
Mail Merge Manager? If you're following those directions & still having a
problem we'll be glad to help, but...

In order to assist we'll need to have a bit more specific information.
Exactly what version & update level of Office & OS X are you using?

Also, describe ‹ step-by-step ‹ exactly what you're doing to create the
merge and at what point the features are dimmed. Specifically what "is still
all greyed out"?
