Email merge from Contact List

Hi,

(Running Outlook 2000)

I am sending a newsletter using a contact list in Outlook 2000. A specific
email account within Outlook used by a server I have on my box. Any email
sent from this email account is intercepted by the server, and sent.

However, each individual email causes a warning dialog box that "someone" is
attempting top send an email, and to send I have to select "YES" button.

How can I defeat this security feature so the emailing is automatic without
my intervention????

thank-Q,
W. Howard Adams

... oh, when the email merge is made in Outlook 2000, the actual merge occurs
in MS Word (2000). Word must then revert to Outlook which is why Outlook
throws the warning box for every subscriber in the list.

The only solution, according to the info given by Jocelyn (thank you
Jocelyn) is not to use Outlook email merge!

Instead, use an Outlook Distribution list, compose the text only message (or
copy.paste), and shoot it to the server.

(I am using Mail Express Pro ... http://www.idataexpress.com/download.php )
.... works great with Outlook and bypasses the ISP!!!!)
