EMail Merge

Hi,
Can anyone point me to some simple easy to understand instrucitons about how
to do an EMAIL merge using all of the features under email Options such as
Do not deliver before date, Ask read receipt, etc.

WIN XP HE, OL 2002. Mail account on personal computer not MS Exchange.
It is because they are replete with pages and pages that I need some
pointers....

Then clarify your question. This is a shotgun question that would require
pages and pages of shotgun advice.
List one specific problem you are having, what you tried, and what isn't
working for you.
