I'm having trouble with doing a mail merge. At first when I was going through the mail merge wizard in Microsoft Word everything was fine until I clicked "electronic mail" it said "word cannot send mail/MAPI failed option not supported" I was advised to uninstall/install Microsoft office so I did and now my computer freezes when I click "electronic mail".
