Email Merge

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard)
Processor: Intel
Email Client: pop

I am sure there is a tutorial out there but I can't find it. I am trying to do a mail merge and send it out through Entourage. I have everything set up (I believe) but when I go to merge it to email that button is greyed out and not available for me to click.
