In my entourage v12.1.5 I have messages that appear on the screen and then disappear. I thought that this was due to my automatic routing rules in Entourage but I realized that the emails that are disappearing are not affected by the rules.
When they disappear I see them can goto my Blackberry and read them and they eventually appear in the UI.
I also has one that I was reading in Entourage and it suddenly disappeared from the screen. It came back a few minutes later.
Any advise.
