I am running Outlook 2007 through a Microsoft Exchange Server.
I have received several emails since upgrading from 2002, however 2 of
these emails are not displayed the message body. They do not contain
any graphical content as far as I can ascertain.
A colleague received a copy of one of the emails - he is using Outlook
2007 also and had no problems opening the email.
The only difference between the two received, and all others, is that
I am using rules to process my messages and these 2 emails were moved
straight to a subfolder in my archive folders.
I don't know if this is the reason behind the content isn't showing -
I am going to ask some colleagues now to send some test emails that I
know will go directly to my archive folders, to see if the problem
happens again. But if anyone could shed some light in the meantime I
would be grateful!
