This is such a weird one - I hope someone has a logical answer.
The user is typing in a rich-text format email message (Outlook 2003).
After typing for a while, all of the text moves over to the left of the email
message area and one character is on each line. It's as though something
happened to put a paragraph mark after every letter in the email. Copying
and pasting into notepad and then pasting back into the message makes it
appear correct again.
Any ideas? I'm thinking maybe the user is hitting some strange keystroke
combination, but so far we haven't discovered it.
TIA
