This problem is mentioned in http://support.microsoft.com/kb/287543 but the
workaround did not address our issue. We have even double checked at Tools >
Option > Mail Format > Internet Format > Automatically wrap text at 76
characters. This did not solve the problem either.
For emails being composed in Outlook 2007 (html), the line will continue to
run until it reaches an additional 60% of the original margin and
subsequently jumps to the next line.
If we print or view the email in Outlook 2007, it will fit nicely in a A4
width.
But if we print or view the email in Outlook 2003 and Outlook Express, IE
will try to fit the email according the extended length thus creating a much
smaller font print out. At times Outlook 2003 will even truncate the extended
length but maintain the original size of the email print out.
I guess if we could try to the fit the paragraph in the designated margin
(A4 width) in Outlook 2007, the print out problem will be solved in OE and
Outlook 2003.
Does anyone has any advise?
