Email Message Missing All or in Part

Hello,

For sometime now part or all of a certain email message will be missing after downloading into Entourage 2004. This happens to only one particular email that is a summary email from a Yahoo Group, that usually comes daily. If the message is a large one the whole message window is blank, except for when I scroll the window the message will flash briefly while scrolling then disappear. Other times the upper half or third or even less will be completely invisible, but the rest of the message is there to read. The same thing happens on my wife's iBook with Entourage 2004.

Would appreciate some insight to solve this issue.

Are you sure you have downloaded the entire message? Check your settings in
Accounts --> Options tab for partially download messages over xx KB.

Is this a complex HTML message? Can you forward as attachment one of these
messages to test?
