Email "Message recall failure" repeats

Hi there

I sent an email to a client over the Internet but realised that I had made a
mistake. I attempted to recall the message, but keep getting "Message recall
failure" reports. I realise that the recall failed, but how can I stop
getting bombarded with a multitude of messages informing me of this failure
(after 3 days I am still receiving such reports, and many per day)? Surely
one message would be enough?
