Email Message with Images

I have added a sender's domain to my safe senders list but the images will
not display. I have verified the setting "Permit downloads in e-mail
messages from senders and to recipients defined in the Safe Senders and Safe
Recipients Lists used by the Junk Email filter". The image icon (in the
message) not a "red x" but the icon that denotes a picture. Any ideas?
