Email messages get cut off in Outlook 2003

I have a user that randomly has email that are replied to or forwarded that
get cut off at random points in the email. All text after a certain point is
gone. This happens on the recipients side. The emails look fine in her sent
box. The install is only a couple months old. I've tried doing a repair on
Office that didn't help. I redid her signature with no company logo and
changed her format to rich text instead of html. That seemed to fix it for a
while. It is now doing it again. Considering how many custom programs and
settings she has I would rather not reimage the system. It took almost a
month to get everything right when she got her new laptop.

Hi Recoil!

Did you ever find a definitive fix for this? Because I am now
encountering this exact issue between one of my Outlook 2003 users and
someone using Mac Mail v2.1 (truncated messages, things being oddly
formatted, etc.).

Just curious to see if you ever were able to pinpoint the actual cause.

start ->run -> outlook /safe
