Email messages not moving or deleting

We recently moved to and IMAP server, and I'm finding some of my messages will not delete or move to another folder in my account.

The two most problematic types are email classified as junk which are not being moved by my junk filter, and order acknowledgements from our Amazon store.

Are they moving when you turn off preview pane? Go to view - peview pane -
select none and give this a try, it may be that Entourage has issues
displaying the messages.

Create a new Identity in Entourage and enter the IMAP account. Let it sync
back up to the server. Now test. It could be you had database corruption.
For IMAP and Exchange accounts it's best to create a new account than to try
rebuilding.
