Email Messages

I am trying to create an email message that can be used by our Guest Services
department to send out confirmation letters to guests. They want to be able
to open the message, edit the fields they want and send the email to the
guest. I created a form but everytime the message gets sent the form is
gone. Please help as this is a very big project

If you use an Outlook form you will need to ensure that all clients use
Outlook and that the form definition is saved with the file.
An attached Word form might be a better option here.

I thought I have done all that but still everytime someone sends from there
outlook the email form leaves like its being sent
