Email name display problem

I have an exchange hosted e-mail account with godaddy. When sending email,
my address is displayed instead of my name. My personal information is set
up correctly in account settings and my contact card (local as well as
exchange) contains my name and e-mail address. This is very frustrating as I
want people to see my name in their inbox not my e-mail address, which may
lead some to think its junk mail. Any thoughts?

You have to ask your hosting company to change your mailbox name (available
in the General tab on the exchange side) to your full name. Right now your
email address is stamped there.

To confirm login to your OWA and click on options (available at upper right
corner) and click About you can see the the details in Mailbox Owner.
