All of my contacts in Outlook 2003 (SP3) are "filed as" Last Name,
Firstname.
Under the "display as" text box I change the name from First Name Last Name
to Last Name, Firstname.
And yet when I click on the "To" button to address an email, some names are
sorted as First Name Last Name and others as Last Name, Firstname.
I have examined the individual records but I cannot find anything different
that would specify one type of display over another.
How can I get my records to sort consistently as Last Name, Firstname when I
am looking for an email address?
