Email newsletters in Publisher 2003

I already have publisher 2003 and have been asked to create an html
newsletter. Problem is some viewers can only see in plain text, and as soon
as I make any changes to any of the email newsletter templates, it throws out
the text only version and repeats things etc. Can anyone tell me why it's
doing this as I'm getting rather annoyed with it now!

Thanks

You have no control over your viewers settings - some people don't have
their browsers enabled to view html email.

You can include a message in your email for them to go to a URL where they
can view your html message...or a warning for them to view it they have to
have their browser set to enable html email viewing.

or maybe attach a PDF of your html message<?>

Thanks - realise I have no control, but I've been testing hwo the plain
version displays by changing my own email view to plain text only - as long
as it comes out with articles in order and readable, it will be fine. When I
view a pre-existing template in plain text, looks fine, but as soon as I
change text box sizes etc, it repeats text and misses off headlines. Seems
that unless I absolutely stick rigidly to the template (which is impossible)
it will not view great in plain text. Does this make sense?

The pre-designed templates will arrive in the recipients mailbox with the images
attached. The text will be there but in a plain text format.

How to save your publication as a Web Archive in Publisher and share it in

The best solution is to convert the Publisher document to a PDF. Your creation
will arrive the way you laid it out. There are many free PDF converters around,
this is one

Outlook Express embeds the images though...so that may be an alternative(?)
Not sure..never tried it with Publisher & OE...maybe later I'll give it a
shot.
