email not being received

The sender advises his emails are returned to him. I do not receive them at
all.
Any suggestions please? Could it be something to do with Windows Firewall
or Outlook Junk email filter (sender is not in blocked list & is in safe
list.)

What sort of message does the sender get when the messages are returned?

He did not say, I will check with him by telephone tomorrow & post his
response ASP.
