Hello,
I have two (2) computers systems, with the same email address. Both
computers on the same network through a router and a switch.

1 sys is a Windows Vista Business, using Outlook 2007. This sys is not
displaying or receiving ALL my email.

The email is POP3.

The sys receiving emails is not configured to delete messages from the
server. It is configured to delete "news" messages 5 days after being
downloaded.

The other sys, is a Windows XP Pro SP3, using Outlook Express 6.0. This
sys is displaying and receiving ALL my email.

I took "screen-shots" of the email "options" and "properties" configuration
of each sys. I did not find ANY difference.

What configuration do I need to change on the Vista sys to see ALL my
email???

You have to set the Outlook Express acct to also 'Leave a copy of Mail on
Server.' If you don't and the XP computer gets the mail first, there will be
nothing on the server for the Vista computer.

I think Mary's advice is good, but I want to comment on this. Outlook and
news have nothing to do with each other. Outlook cannot access NNTP servers
without you purchasing commercial add-ins to enable the NNTP transport. I
don't see how your comment about news is relevent.
