Email not showing up in Entourage

I have a MobileMe account and until yesterday it had been operating pretty well.

I was in the middle of checking my emails when all the folders disappeared of the MM account. I had to subscribe to them again even though I hadn't done or touched anything to unsubscribe in the first place.

Now though there are emails which are in my MM account but that are not being downloaded to entourage. I have only found a couple but it is very frustrating.

Has anyone else come across this?

No, I haven't. To get the missing messages back into Entourage, select the
folder in which they are meant to be, then ctrl-/right-click and select
"Repair Message List" from the contextual menu. This forces Entourage to
empty its local cache and to re-download everything from the MobileMe
servers.

If the problems persist, you may be experiencing the early symptoms of
database corruption, in which case you will have to rebuild your database.

SO I rebuilt the database, and tried Repair Message List, but there are still emails that aren't being synched from MobileMe.

Anyone got any other suggestions?

You may have possibly received a corrupt message or one that Entourage
thinks is corrupt.

Look for unusual messages (usually spam) or messages with large attachments.

Also, try connecting to your MobileMe account with Apple's Mail and see
if the problem persists.
